家族相傳至今，歷經一百四十多年的考驗與精進，已傳承至第

五代。

       本廠初期皆以芝麻油為主要商品，因時代變遷食用產品多

元化之需求與考量之下，不斷的創新與研發以芝麻為主原料之

相關產品，現今產品有黑麻油、芝麻油、芝麻粉、芝麻醬、甜

芝麻麵包醬、調理芝麻醬包、養生芝麻糊及副食品苦茶油等。

        義香的產品，從原料的嚴選、嚴謹的製作過程到包裝，秉
持最用心、高品質原則，將最好的產品呈現給顧客。

        Yi Shiang Company Limited was founded by Mr. Chih-Shou Wu in 1872. This family business with over 140 year experiencesand advancement is succeeded by the fifth generation, Mr. David Wu.In early years of beginning toasted sesame oil was our main and sole product. However, the habit of eating has changed rapidly in recent years and diversities of products are required.

        We, therefore, keep on researching and innovating and there are a series of sesame derivatives launched in the market now, such as toasted sesame oil, flavored sesame oil, sesame powder, sesame paste, salty sesame sauce and sweet sesame butter. Furthermore, Camellia oil is also in our product line.
